Popup form not showing on Form page

    I am trying to disable a popup form I have on my website. When I go to the form page from the plugin menu it shows the form code I am trying to disable for 1 second before loading the new form page. I am unable to get to the forms page to see my existing form. I am just able to create a new form. I am running WordPress Version 5.2.2 and up to date with the mailchimp plugin. Any help will be appreciated.

    I regret to say I did not understand your question. Please note that our plugin does not have a pop-up feature.

    Can you please share more details of this issue with screenshots if possible?

    I created the popup from the mailchimp website. It has been a while since I did this so I forgot the details a little in how I did it. However, I believe I copied the code from the mailchimp website and paste it into the form using the mailchimp plugin. I guess my actual dilemma is I have a popup on my site I created using a mailchimp product and I can’t figure out how to disable it.

    The main reason I think the popup code from the website was pasted into the form for the mailchimp plugin is that when I click on the form option for the plugin for 1 second I can see the popup code. However, it opens up immediately a new form page and I cant see the popup code to do anything with it.

    Hello,

    Do you mean you added the code to the “MailChimp for WP > Forms” page in your WordPress admin? If yes, then simply remove it as this is not the way to use our plugin.

    Yes, thats what I mean. But that is the issue. I am unable to remove it because it will not show. It flashes for 2 seconds and disappears.

    Hello,

    Can you please share a screenshot of the form code? Even if you have added the code to our form, the code will still be displayed.
