• Hi,
I have been using Simple CSS with Elementor for many projects now.

I have a feature request regarding using E and Simple CSS together. It would be nice to have some kind of closer integration between these 2.

Being able to open Simple CSS directly in the E editor window and see changes applied directly in the editor. That would be a killer !! It could even replace the Custom CSS built-in feature of Elementor

The Custom CSS field in Elementor is nice, but it’s a mess to maintain as it leaves chunks of code scattered everywhere.

    Thanks

  • +1 to this idea! Or, why not go ahead and put it on the front end of the website, as if it is like the Chrome Inspector? A little floating panel that you could open from either Elementor or the WordPress editor-bar-black-thing-at-the-top. Could SimpleCSS create a DIV that holds a STYLE css, temporarily rewriting that when the text in the SimpleCSS editor changes? It would vastly improve workflow, I think.

Maybe you could have a mode of SimpleCSS where it could scoop up the CSS that you’re allowed to add in ELementor. Add a “Harvest Elementor CSS” button to do this; it could loop through all Elementor elements and remove that pesky Elementor Custom CSS and consolidate it into the SimpleCSS editor.
