Blank page

  • If we use the filter options, the page will turn white. After refreshing, the products are visible. What do we have to do to resolve this? Does it work well. We don’t dare to buy it now.

    Hi,

    You have some fade in effect. Or this is lazy load for the products.
    Turn it off. Or ask theme/plugin developer what code is needed to run the effect again for the ajax loaded products and add this code to the After Update field located at plugin settings page tab Javascript.
