Slider not showing on mobile devices

The following code is written in the template (index.php):

echo do_shortcode ("[smartslider3 slider = 2]");

This works fine on the desktop PC. On all mobile devices
that does not work. On mobile devices only the shortcode can be seen.
Does anyone have an idea?
