Bogus emails

    We have been increasingly receiving bogus emails. We deactivated the plugin for over a week seeing if it would cause them to stop. We reactivated it today and immediately the emails started coming in again. Is there a solution for this?

  • Confirmed…! I always loved the VFB plugin, never failed to work until just recently. Since I last week reopened the website after a few months of overhaul I receive between 10 and 20 spam emails daily, all through the VFB form. Is it time to change to a new form plugin or is there a fix for it?

    Sorry to hear about this issue. We have just added Google recaptcha 3 to VFB Pro 3.0. Has anything else changed with your site? The free versions last update was over 4 months ago. Which version are you running?
