    Hi @snoochy –

    This usually happens due to your thumbnail settings. This blog post offers a great tutorial on some different ways to fix the blurry thumbnail problem.

    Maybe give their fix a try and let us know?

    Hi @m155y5 I have indeed searched the Web and tried all the advice on the woo documentation. Nothing works. I really don’t know what else to try.

    I’ll be honest that I’m not seeing where the images are out of focus. But it’s not my artwork on display, so that’s easy for me to say! Can you maybe send a screenshot of what you’re seeing? And perhaps a link to a site where they appear as they should? Maybe I’m missing it. I’m finding it difficult to think of a solution when I’m not 100% clear what to be looking for. ??
