Page scroll to position on map

Hi, I am looking for a map plugin solution where the pin marker locations on the map show up while you scroll through the page of different listings.

An exact example of this is TheCutureTrip’s restaurant pages as seen here: https://theculturetrip.com/north-america/usa/illinois/articles/chicago-s-10-best-restaurants-cultural-eats-fine-dining/

Notice how when you scroll through the page of restaurants, the corresponding pin marker displays on the map when you reach that restaurant list on the page.

Is there a way this plugin can achieve something like this?
