The site is experiencing technical difficulties error

Hello,

On the specified URL above, the site shows that it’s experiencing technical difficulties. The issue is with oceanwp child theme. When I switch to the parent theme, the site works but all the customizations disappear that I made on the site when the child theme was activated. Please urgently help with this issue as the site has many daily visitors.
