Tab Links not working

I created links for each of the tab using anchors.

The tab URLs appear to work but when I go directly to any of them from a browser, it defaults to the first tab and not the tab URL.

For example, https://www.skyline-ats.com/student-services/#digital-kits displays to Student Checklist tab and not the Digital Kits tab.
