• After I enter an email and select a list in the subscription widget, the subscribe button starts spinning but then nothing happens. I tried with the WordPress default theme without any plugins enabled.

I am also unable to create new form. After I click submit, I receive an Ajax error.

Unfortunately this is a known issue in the old style subscribe forms using the shortcode with specific lists.

The solution is to use a shortcode from the new subscribe forms under Newsletters > Subscribe Forms.

We are about to release an update for this but I can send you a ZIP immediately with a fix included if you can please submit a ticket to our help desk: https://tribulant.com/support/

Thanks for the reply. I am unsure if I understand. I didn’t use a shortcode. I created a new form under Subscribe Forms and inserted it via a widget. You mean we can’t use the widget?

Thanks a lot for the offer! We can live without Ajax until the update.

By the way, I think I found another minor bug. Bounces are not counted under Sent & Draft Emails. The number of bounces is always 0 and the bounce is not visible in the corresponding row/column of the subscriber. However, bounces are counted correctly for the subscriber and email addresses are deleted correctly after three bounces.
