Partial Refund Not Working (Voids transaction)

  • Can you help review what happened on partial refund? Ever since the update a few months ago the refund process is haywire. This partial refund used to work fine and it appears now it “VOIDS” the transaction and CANCELS it instead of only refunding the dollar amount entered.
