Theme appears blank during activation?!

Hey!

For the past 2 nights, I’ve been trying to activate my new design for one of my sites, however I notice when I do everything appears blank.

I’ve tried re-uploading the files, removing the functions.php file to see if that was the cause-but nothing!

Is there anything that can be done to help resolve this?

I’m not sure if this will help, but I notice I get this when I try accessing the header.php file directly:

Fatal error: Call to undefined function bloginfo() in /home2/jessical/public_html/wp-content/themes/MP/header.php on line 16

It happens with all the files, except the stylesheet. I don’t get it.
