Issues when expanding TOC

Hello and thank you for you help! I’m trying to switch from toc+ to easy table of contents since it’s better and currently supported however I’m having issues.

When I try to expand the table of contents with Easy TOC it expands but runs into the 2nd header and the border I’ve created via manual CSS edits. This looks bad and renders the links after the overlap unclickable (which is nearly all of them). I can’t leave it live since it looks bad and is not functional but I can make it live for a very short bit if you are willing to take a look.
