How To Add A Search Bar in Secondary Menu – No Plugin

I’m trying to add a search bar to my Secondary Menu without the use of a Plugin.

I have the code ready to go, I just don’t know where to locate the Secondary Menu in the theme files, which is where the below code needs to go:
