Does this plugin need root write directory permissions?

  • Prompt does not show up on mobile.

    Everything according to the setup page is green check marks but no notification prompt showing on mobile by any browser I tried. (chrome, edge, bing)

    On desktop viewing source page shows manifest included in the head</> field. Not sure why its not working!

    My site has over 1gb memory, setup correct image files and settings.

    Does this plugin require root write access? Thats the only thing my site prevents, not sure if its causing this conflict, thanks!
