    Hi there,

    It looks like your sorting options have been customised somewhat since I’m seeing additional sorting options on my local testing installation than what’s available on your site. Are you using any sorting plugins or is your theme overriding that by any chance?

    I’d also make sure that the product lookup tables have been regenerated correctly – this can be done under **WooCommerce > System Status > Tools**.

    Finally, if you’re still seeing the same issue, please share a copy of your system status report as found under **WooCommerce > System Status**.

    Hi Riaan,

    The sorting is working perfectly fine in the other categories.

    Only on those 2 that I’m using shortcodes.

    i have made some changes to functions.php only to remove some sorting options.

    @kasimrixa I still see this is an issue on your site. Were you able to regenerate the product lookup tables through the tool at WooCommerce > Status > Tools? If so, and that did not fix the issue, please deactivate WooCommerce and activate it again. Once that is done, try the regenerate tool again and see if the issue is corrected.

    If the issue still is not corrected, please go to WooCommerce > Status and use the button near the top left to get a copy of the System Status Report for us to review.
