Add 2 submit buttons to form and sending the value through email

I wanted to add two submit buttons to the query form. The buttons will serve as two choices provided to the customer. I also want to send the selected submit button value along with the email.

I’ve successfully added the button but don’t know how to insert the selected value to the email.
