Display a custom Title field above the comment text?

I am using a plugin called WP Comments Fields Manager to add a custom title to my comment form. I want my comments to look more like a blog post that has a title and then the comment itself is displayed below it. The plugin succeeded in creating the new custom title field but unfortunately for me it is being displayed under the actual comment instead of on top of it like a blog or a forum post would do. Is there any way that I can make the title field appear on top of the comment text?
