    Hey Guy’s,
I am in the process of creating a brand new Church website and I am ready to begin uploading the sermons. However, because the current website has been up a while, I am looking at a couple hundred mp3’s to upload and set up for playing on the new site. As you might have guessed, I am thinking that I will need to set them up one at a time, which is extremely time consuming.

I am wondering if there is a way to ftp them to my web server and “THEN” set them up within wordpress? I am just looking for a way to set up several files without going through each individual file. Also, most of them will be archived.

    Thanks for your help…

Any ideas??? Am I being to ambiguous? I’d be happy to answer questions to make things clearer.

All I can suggest is you try looking a bulk uploader plugin.

I can ftp the files to my web server. What I am looking for is a plugin that will set up the files within archived posts for me, rather than go through several hundred files individually.

    Alright Guy’s,
Knowing that I could have imported everything from the current website into the new wordpress install would have been great advice for this.

I was able to import everything and set it up in less than an hour.

I am trying to put two custom fields for uploading audio as well as thumbnail but the files are not getting upload on the specified location.
And I don’t want to use any plug-in. This is a type of custom coding.

    Thanks In Advance
