XML Sitemap Generator for WordPress 3.1.4. Gernating Wrong URL’s??

I am running XML Sitemap Generator for WordPress 3.1.4.
It is generating the site map located at https://www.reikireviews.com/sitemap.xml

Now for each post page that it generates it is forgetting to place part of the url so each url ends up with a double // and is invalid.

Why is it not placing the category part of the URL in the site map url?

Please help.
