same plugin responsive on one site not responsive on another

hi, sorry in advance for the mistakes i am french,
at first i made https://el-amir.com and used side cart plugin on it which is totally responsive even now on my phone, then i made desber.com which is an ameliorated version of it, and only lately i figured out that small flying icons plugins like sidecart and watsapp chatt aren’t responsive on smartphone and reduced size window in incognito mode and they break in that big X and text lines at the bottom of every page, also the carousels that are supposed to turn into 1product at a time on mobile remain in 4 products shape on the homepage, yet they are responsive on reduced size browser window when logged in as admin, it’s almost like the website is only perfectly responsive when i am logged as admin on reduced window size, in which case the website is totally fine, whilst el-amir.com is totally responsive in all cases, i don’t know what change i did in the process caused this but i was unable to find it while comparing the theme’s functions on both side to side, enough to drive me crazy, ps: i tried it only on samsung galaxy m20, plz help
