In the initial screenshot you provided it looks like you have IPN and Payment Identity Token enabled:

Could you please try disabling the IPN checkbox and only have the PayPal Identity Token enabled to see if payments go through?

Also, please double check with your host to make sure the response from PayPal isn’t blocked by caching, firewalls, or other things in place on your server.

I’ve tried with all this configurations: only Identity Token, only IPN Checkbox and both of them enabled, and issue persist. I’m going to disable IPN again, meanwhile.

On the other side, I’ve wrote to my server to ask about security restrictions.

I’ll keep you informed.
