    Hello Ajay,

I am using your plugin on many sites and it was working fine. when I am trying to access All Post Page, getting 503 Service Unavailable error on one website after updating wordpress to 5.1.1. When I deactivate Top 10 plugin then I can access All Post Page.

    Please help me.

    Thank you

Can you please try by unchecking the “Page views in admin” under Counter/Tracker tab in the Top 10 settings.

Have you installed this on a brand new site or an older one?

    Hello Ajay,

Thank you for your quick response. I didn’t installed this plugin on a brand new site. The plugin was already installed, I just updated WordPress and Top 10 plugin. I am able to see All Post Page after unchecking the “Page views in admin” checkbox. will it impact on plugin’s any functionality?

    Thank you

The only loss is that you can’t see the views there directly. You should be able to view the top posts under the Top 10 menu anyway. The plugin should continue to work as is.

For my understanding, how many posts do you display in the All Posts pages? I’m thinking if there is something in there in terms of number of views to look up.

Another thing worth trying under Tools is to recreate the Top 10 tables – but only do this after you have fully backed up your website especially the database tables and only then try it.

    Hello Ajay,

Thank you for your quick response. There are approx total 8000 posts and displaying 100 post per page.

    Thank you
