Not Redirecting to Thank You Page

  • I see others having the same issue. It’s redirecting to default WooCommerce order received page and no thank you pages are being displayed. They are active, permalinks are saved and everything checks ok. Disabled all other plugins but PageMove and Woo and same thing.

    This started happening with the latest update from a couple days ago. I have informed them of this issue. I assume they are aware of it.

    THis issue is annoying I am having the same problem with my e-commerce website, have anyone found any solution either another plugin or a custom thank you page?

    @nardog03 I had to revert back to the previous version for it to work. I’ve not heard anything from the vendor so I’m not updating until they resolve that issue.

    In full disclosure, they did work with me before when this happened and they resolved it. There’s nothing that leads me to think that they won’t. Just in due time… ??
