Company Records

I have forms on a website and I need it to create a contact record and company record. The problem is the company record gets created (ex: WordPress), when someone else who works for WordPress fills out the form and says they work at WordPress I don’t want another company record to be created I just want to use the same one that exists. I don’t see how I can make that happen. Any solutions?
