Empty square underneath message on mobile

There is no image that I have entered that’s why i’m confused. That’s an old image that was removed a long time ago but when I go into your plugin now, it says I have not chosen an image so I’m unsure what to do

Also if that is the case, how come it doesn’t show on other platforms, only mobile.

Clear your site cache on that case.

Check with your host, each host process of clearing the cache is different.

I did it but nothing changed. The square is still there.

Strange I’m not sure then, that image url is what is causing it not sure why you can’t remove it.

Even when I add a new photo, the old photo link doesn’t change it just stays there in addition to the new photo, it’s like it’s stuck. It is very strange, I don’t know why it’s only showing on mobile either but looks like I’ll have to get rid of the plugin altogether and switch it with an alternative to see if that helps.

Typically it’s a stale cache Issue

fixed it, don’t really know how, was messing around with settings. Thanks for your help
