Checkbox field in a pdf as a cross

  • Hello, actually I would like to merge WordPress Form fields into Adobe PDF Form text, especially checkbox fields (people select an Option in a form and so they receive a pdf with all the crosses in the boxes)
    Can this plugin do that?
