    Hi,

    the rating message does not disappear.

    “Hi there! You’ve been using the User Menus plugin on your site for 2 weeks now – We hope it’s been helpful. If you’re enjoying the plugin, would you mind rating it 5-stars to help spread the word?

    Ok you deserve it
    Nope, maybe later
    I already did ”

    Already clicked on everything: “Ok, you deserve it, Nope, maybe later and I already did”, nothing happens. If I click the X in the upper right corner, it disappears and reappears on the next screen.

    Note: I already checked that this was a javascript error but the browser console has no errors.

    @pedrorafael – If there is no JS errors there are only 2 other things I can think of:

    1. A php error causing the AJAX event to save the dismissal to fail, need the log info if that is the case.
    2. Something is preventing the option in user meta from being read. Possibly object cache (Redis) that isn’t properly refreshing or expiring your user meta.

    Happy to help investigate further, but this review system is used in several plugins on over 400k sites, its pretty reliable, which only leads to a conflict.

    You could try the Health Check plugin’s Troubleshooting mode to find the conflict or see if it will dismiss while only User Menus is active.
