Menu font and background color

I installed the theme on Monday and I’ve been trying to change the menu font to bold along with changing the menu drop down background color. I’ve searched and can’t find a solution for either items.

I found this doc but it doesn’t apply to my issues:

I’m currently on the free version. I checked and don’t se this listed in the documentation of the paid version also.

Can someone suggest a solution?
