Error 404 on all category page after put SSL

  • Recently i putt ssl system on my blog after then all my category page having 404 error. I tried to change permanent link but doesnt work. I used some plugins like HTTP / HTTPS Remover, Really Simple SSL but still having error. Im using windows server 2012. My wp version is 5.2.3.
