Remove frontend pagination

Hello, thanks for the plugin, it’s simple and great. Good job.

I have a suggestion in order to remove pagination properly. If you change the pagination base with $wp_rewrite->pagination_base, when you change the filter, pagination url part is not properly removed, because it’s hard coded to be “page”.
