Umlaut in Sidebar Widget
-
Hallo,
we are using the TOC+ Plugin inside the content and also as a sidebar widget. We are experiencing problems when using it in the sidebar, that is, if we use German Umlaute, ? ? ü, and you click on the link in the sidebar, it won’t jump to the related position. Clicking on the table of content inside the content, it works fine.
As an example you can see this page:
https://naehfrosch.de/autopanne-mit-kleinkind-wichtige-tipps/If you click on the table of content inside the content area “Vor jeder Autofahrt solltest du folgendes prüfen”, it will jump to the correct position. The URL is:
https://naehfrosch.de/autopanne-mit-kleinkind-wichtige-tipps/#Vor_jeder_Autofahrt_solltest_du_folgendes_pruumlfenBut if you click on the table of content in the sidebar, it will not jump to the correct position, and also the url is different:
https://naehfrosch.de/autopanne-mit-kleinkind-wichtige-tipps/#Vor_jeder_Autofahrt_solltest_du_folgendes_pruefenSo the sidebar widget is transforming the Umlaut ü to “ue” instead of “uuml”, which seems to be the correct one.
Is it possible to fix it?
Kind regards,
