Score in mobile insights.

Hello.

Google insights shows me a score that indicates the speed of my webpage. My page is:

And the score is at.

https://developers.google.com/speed/pagespeed/insights/?hl=es&url=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.flopy.es&tab=mobile

The speed of my website with Hemingway desktop theme activated is between 95 and 97. But when I see the same score whith the mobile theme, the score decrease to 66-70. Is there any way to solve this so poor score in the mobile theme?
