Allow user to login with email and password(not with username and password))

Can you please Follow these steps:

1. Go to Ultimate Member > Forms
2. Click on Default Login form ( it will take you to form edit page)
3. Click on + icon and add Email Address from Field Manager
4. Remove the “Username or Email Address” text box
5. Click on Update.

Thanks for the quick trick it worked!!

But while logged in with username it is not showing validation error

I think when the user tries to login with username it will show a validation message like email is wrong or something!!!

I have changed login form from the field 1) username/email 2) password
to fields 1) Email and 2) Password

Could you please help me with this situation?

I have tried adding custom validation for email but when email field is empty that time it shows multiple validation errors,so I should go with default validation error that is why I am asking you for help because when email field is wrong and at that time it still not showing the validation error message.
