Incorrect Table Rates – WooCommerce Table Rate Shipping – PRO

Hi,
I opened a support ticket about an issue that we were experiencing with the PRO version of your plugin, on your website nearly a month ago now. However, after initial contact being made, I have not received a response back from you for over two weeks, despite repeated requests for an update.
Please can you respond back to my query either on here or on the original support ticket?
Your website does state: “We pride ourselves on our support, going above and beyond. Rest assure that you’ll receive help with anything related to our plugins”, as well as offering “customer support for 12 months” for the PRO version of the plugin (which we have paid for).
