Display Multiple videos from public profiles

You can insert code that will pull in the latest video from one channel, then repeat it for each channel.

Or you can add videos to your own playlist manually from those channels and embed that playlist.

The first option is probably better as you will always display the latest video from all youtube channels.

You insert the code on the page where you want the content to be displayed. After installing the plugin there should be a button on the page/post editor toolbar with a youtube wizard. That wizard will take you through it step by step and then generate the code for you.

Apologies, we tried this and when we start the wizard it says “Embed a Channel” but we want to add multiple channels. Does your plugin support this ?

Hi,

For a channel based gallery embed, you create a separate gallery/embed for each channel. So if you want to embed 3 channels, for example, you run the wizard three times for each channel. You can then simply insert the galleries on the same page.

If you want to mix videos from different channels, you create a playlist of these videos (picking the order and specific videos you want) and then embed the playlist.

Sorry so just to confirm, we have 1000’s of YouTube urls on our website, this needs to be automated, when you say “you run the wizard” is this manually or automated.

What we are trying to achieve is

1. Display a page or around 20 – 30 videos.
2. The above videos are pulled from a potential 1000’s of channels.
3. The page will display the latest 20/30 videos from all these channels. So the page should hopefully update quite often as you would think from all these 1000’s of channels some will be updated daily.

Please let me know if this is possible with your plugin.

This is not a feature of the plugin. It seems like you will need a developer to create a custom solution for you.
