Great Plugin, Fantastic Service

The plugin is comprehensive, well-designed, and easy to use. So far, so normal, right? What sets Charitable apart is the service provided by their team. Whether it’s a question about how to customize something, a (minor) bug that needs squashing, or even, as was recently the case, help in tracking down a malfunction that, it turned out, wasn’t even being impacted let alone caused by the plugin itself, the Charitable team’s responsiveness, both in terms of getting the job done and in how manically quickly they get to work after receiving a request for assistance is beyond what anyone has any right to expect. On top of that, they’re equally skilled; we never have to fear that any request will be anything less than addressed in full. Can’t recommend the plugin or the company highly enough.
