Hi Sam, sorry for this delay but I haven’t seen the email notification, pardon. Here is the screen https://imgur.com/5UljBpX . It doesn’t works on two different site! I tested it on two different our website (because I need connect both) with same wp version and I’ve the same error.

The curious thing is that on Zoho api statistics I receive all but Leads aren’t created. See that https://imgur.com/yNSuMhF and that https://imgur.com/t1ZGh3a

did you map Company field in feed ? and it was not empty ?

No, there isn’t in fact ^^. For that reason it’s really strange…

Thanks for your time guys and sorry if I’ve taken it.

The problem was the input format, were wrong also the First and Last name and that because I had to set the correct format (Firstname and Surname field and not generic field as Text Input 1 and Text Input 2). About the Company I’ve wrong because: https://imgur.com/tmvoT6Z .

in zoho feed, you did not map “Company” field
is “company” a custom field in zoho ?
