Using Rating form

  • When I click on the “Using Rating form button” the top of the help window is obscured by my heading and window bar. Initially the form is also displayed in a very narrow column. I can change this by grabbing the window and stretching it across but still half the help window contains white space.

    The obscuring of the top of the popup window could happen if you have a lot of text above the shortcode. If so, try scrolling the main window up. I’ll look into different ways to position the popup for the next version.

    The second part sounds rather like the issue you raised nearly a year ago (“very narrow notice box”), that turned out to be a conflict with another plugin. And it seems that particular help window is a special one that was not covered by the fix I put in at that time.

    I’ll try to correct that in the next version.

    I thought I had raised this before but couldn’t find it by searching. It would be a year we only run this competition once a year. We will have to live with it then.

    If you would like to see what’s going on I can set you up as a judge?
