ajax update not working with custom cart

    I am following this guide to implement my own cart but the part that goes in to functions.php file (step 2) has no effect att all, that is, no updates are happening unless I refresh the page.

    Is there something with the code that needs to be different with the Astra theme or am I missing something else?

    This issue was resolved after I corrected some code. However, I have another issue so I will open a ticket for it. Thanks.
