    Hi, I am interested in purchasing this plugin. One question: are there any translation packs for languages other than english? (I would be interested in Italian translations, as I do not have time to translate it myself)

    One more question: are the developer hooks available in both lite and pro versions or just in the pro version?

    Also, does the automatic renewal work with any paypal account?

    Is there a feature comparison table between the lite and pro version?
    What is the practical reason one would need the Pay Pal Pro Addon?

    Last question: I get an error on pay pal payment page, only if the user chooses the automatic payment option (manual payment works fine). Is there a debug mode where I can see the logs and try to figure out what error paypal is returning?

    Hello,

    First of all, thank you for showing interest in buying premium version of the plugin.

    Regarding language translation, I am sorry ARMember only comes with English language only and you need to translate it with third party plugins like loco translate or PoEdit.

    Regarding hooks, Yes hooks are available in both the versions of the plugin.

    Regarding Paypal Automatic Renewal, it will work if you will use PayPal Premier or Business account.

    Regarding feature comparison table of both version, I am sorry its not available. However, you can refer our Product page and Frontend demos to get better idea.

    Regarding PayPal Pro addon, reason behind use PayPal pro pay flow addon will provide facility to members. Members can pay for their payment instant from same website. it will not redirect to payment gateways like PayPal does.

    Generally this type of issue does not happen but if you have set trial period more than 90 days than PayPal will not allow to make payment. Regarding debug mode, its not available because PayPal payment gateway redirect to their site so we can’t add debug mode option at our website.

    If you could share more details on it, we can dig further and help you out.

    Thank you for your reply. I purchased the pro version so I will submit any support request on the proper channel.

    Just one thing about debug mode, what I mean is that it would be nice to log the error messages that paypal sends back to your system when something goes wrong, so the developer can later check the logs to figure out what has happened.
    It would be a very useful feature for developers IMHO.

    Thank you very much for your suggestion. Actually for the developers, we have internal log system which can be used when any problem occurs. What I meant in previous message is, user can’t ON/OFF debug mode.
