    Hi @godgutten. I took a look at your screenshots.

    The second one shows an empty square box. That’s a sure sign that some CSS somewhere is placing an icon using pseudo-element and hardcoding an old font-family for FontAwesome and unicode. That CSS would be coming from your theme or another plugin.

    It’s hard to know without inspecting the DOM why those sizes differ when you select webfont vs SVG in the plugin. However, given that the empty box shows that there’s some conflicting CSS being introduced by another plugin or theme, it seems likely that the same CSS is introducing some styles that are resulting in unexpected behaviors.
