  • Hello @devrekli

Could you please try to remove your NextGen Gallery plugin,
    Re-install it from scratch.
If you get a freemium message, please try to skip it.
Clear your log files and check again.
    Does the problem persist?

We’ll be happy to share this one with the development team.
I’ll write you back as soon as I have some feedback.

Please, let us know if the workaround solved the problem.

    Hello @devrekli

According to one of the developers you might need to check your hosting provider.
It seems that they are blocking that function and it’s a pretty standard function in WordPress.

So please, let’s check, and write us back.
    Keep us posted ??

    Hello @devrekli

You will not lose your galleries or photos.
Re-installing the plugin is a usual troubleshooting step.

Please, read the other message, that solution was provided by one of the developers.
