I don’t see your site inside of the Freemius dashboard for Simple Giveaways.

Really weird.

Do you have an “Opt-in” link under Simple Giveaways in the Plugins screen? Maybe that could help push the activation email.

No I do not. Just links as follows – Upgrade | Deactivate | Troubleshoot

that’s all the links you can have. If you did not opt-in, you would have such link there.

If you’re talking about the premium version, then please use this forum https://wpsimplegiveaways.com/support as this forum is only for the free version of the plugin.
