I have a post grid inserted on a page using WPBakery Page Builder and it’s been no problem until today. It suddenly not appearing at frontend, replaced with his message

    {“status”:”Nothing found”}

I tested a bit and found Content Aware Sidebars being the culprit of the problem.

    I also discovered the following:

I selected Pagination as the Display Style for the post grid, but as long as I changed to any other options (Show All, Load More Button, Lazy Loading) then problem solved. But I need it to be Pagination.

I also just found another strange behavior this plugin caused. This post grid is on a page, not post. But when this plugin is activated, I’d see

    Category Description
Posted on September 4, 2019 by (the author’s username)

at the very top of the page and also “Leave a comment” at the very bottom of the page.

(I recently created lots of posts titled “Category Description”, basically one post for each category, and I have 100+ categories.)

But once i deactivated this plugin, they disappeared and the page looks like a normal page again.

Can anyone help please. Thank you.

    Thank you for reporting this.

Does this happen by simply having CAS activated?
Or does it happen after creating sidebars? What happens if all sidebars are deactivated?

    Hi ,

    Thank you for responding.

I deactivated all sidebars and the issue persisted.

Apologies for the slow follow-up here.

So simply by having Content Aware Sidebars active together with the Page Builder, you get the problem described above? I’ll see if I can reproduce this problem.

    Hi Joachim,

    Thank you for your reply.

    What I discovered was this:

WPBakery Page Builder has an element call “Widgetized Sidebar.” With it, I can create new widget using CAS then place the slider widget that comes with my theme, EasyMag, into the widget. I then use Widgetized sidebar to embed the slider widegt on my page so that those sliders will appear at frontend.

The issue in question occurred when such sliders are on the page. Once I deleted those slider widgets, the post grid behaves normally again.

    I hope this helps.

    Thank you.

I failed to mention since I should include the slider on my page together with the post grid, a solution is still needed, if possible.Thank you.
