    Hi there,

    It has been a while but I still cant figure out the right settings. I’ve asked questions about product emails before in This topic.

    Somehow the mails are not triggered.

    What I’m trying to do:
    I’ve set up a mail to be send when a customer buys a product in categories A, B, C

    For example, If a customer buys the product in category B, I want the mail to be send.
    If the Customer buys products in category A and B, I also want the mail to be send. Of-course only once.

    The mails send shipping information and product related information.

    I’ve set up

    • No email signup confirmation (i use my own server)
    • Mailpoet / woocommerce emails. Email send when a customer buys a product in categories A, B, C (3 days later)

    Is this possible? If yes, what am I missing?

  • Hi there @dimono,

    In MailPoet > Emails > Add New > WooCommerce. Set up one email for each category (if you want the email to be sent if a customer purchases both in category A, B, and C).

    This way if a customer purchases from those categories they can receive it a maximum of 3 times (once per category).

    The email will then trigger on the “processing” state in WooCommerce.
