    We’ve just moved a site to new hosting and now can’t edit the forminator form or view previous submissions.

    We can see the form in admin, if we click edit form we go to /wp-admin/admin.php?page=forminator-cform-wizard&id=2433 with no form to work on.

    I need to edit the current form to fix the reCaptcha as we were using V2 on the original hosting and it’s not showing on the public form now so nobody can submit the form.

    If we try to view submissions, we can see them in the table but if we click one to view nothing happens, likewise if we click export nothing happens.

    No errors are showing, tried disabling all plugins and switching theme. Any ideas.

    I hope you’re well today!

    I can see that currently there’s a form from a different plugin on the page that you linked to. I’m assuming that you’ve put it there instead of Forminator form for now as a “workaround replacement”, right? I’m just making sure.

    The behavior that you described would usually be something caused by some sort of conflict but if you already tried disabling other plugins and switching theme, I believe we can rule that out.

    You mentioned that the site was moved to a new hosting so I’m wondering then whether all the necessary data was also moved. Do you have direct access to your site’s current database (e.g. via phpMyAdmin)?

    If yes, could you please look into the “wp_postmeta” table and search there for “post_id = 2433”? Check please if that brings any results or does it return empty row.

    Also, when you try to edit form – do you see entirely “blank space” there or there are all the usual options (like “fields”, “appearance”, “behavior” section and so on; buttons to publish/update the form and insert fields) but just the form itself – fields as you set them previously – are not there?
