subscriber not added

    Hello,

    A subscriber accidently unsubscribed from the list mailchimp. He had been removed permanently from the list. A message told me to add him again, he has to fill the form on the website again. What he did. I see the contact in the list mailmunch but he has not been added in the mailchimp list. I tryied to import the mailmunch .csv but mailchimp tells me he cannot be added beacause he was permanently removed. How can I resolve this ?

    Hi @chuchuju, This change was brought forward by Mailchimp where any subscriber who unsubscribed or was deleted from the list can only be added through a Mailchimp form. No third party like MailMunch can sync that subscriber again to that Mailchimp list. So you will need to use a Mailchimp optin form to add that subscriber again to the list.

    I did like this and it worked. I did it from the mailchimp account.
