• I tried it to allow .vcf Files but did not work?

    Iam getting the warning
    “Warning: The PHP extension “fileinfo” is loaded. It may prevent you from uploading files even though you’ve whitelisted them below (if fileinfo detects a different mime type than the one that is reported by this plugin). This is a security feature in WordPress.”

    Is this a plugin or wordpress issue? And how to get it fixed?

    som additional info
    -> PHP 7.2-latest FPM
    -> WordPress 5.2.3

    fileinfo is a php plugin, if I remember correctly. The only fix would be to remove it from the server. If you can’t, then I don’t think there’s anything you can do (other than editing the WordPress source code – which I would not recommend).

    I am also trying to get the plugin to work. I am uploading .vcf files which look to be allowed in the list. I also have this warning.

    Warning: Overwriting existing mime type ‘text/plain’ for file extension ‘.vcf’ with new mime type ‘text/x-vcard’.
