Can I display multiple tables of contents on one page?

I have a page with a large number of headings. I want to show all of the headings, but it’s a bit overwhelming to have them all listed at the top of the page.

A solution I considered is to list only the top-level headings at the top of the page, but then list the second-level headings at the beginning of each section.

Is this possible with the plugin?
